1. Entry Fee: $3.00 per head. Register entries online on fair entry, or mail a check and entry form (located at the beginning of the premium listings) before July 10th to guarantee stalling. Mail swine entries to the address listed above. There is no entry fee for FFA exhibitors. Entries accepted on a first come, first-serve basis until barns are full. Entries must be checked in at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Open Class judging begins on Saturday, July 26 at approximately 10:00 am after 4-H show.
3. Everyone is liable for their own pigs until they are taken home or to market.
4. The base date for computing ages shall be July 1 and January 1.
5. No exhibitor shall be allowed more than two entries in any one class. Any exhibitor can enter an exhibit in 2 of the 3 shows, but must be the same exhibitor for the same animal. 4-H, FFA, and/or Open Class shall have the provided registration and make sure its received for each entry for each show by the date entries are set to close for the show. This rule must be strictly adhered to in order to provide accurate placing recording at each show. Any entry not on the pre-printed entry listing cannot receive a premium.
6. All registered purebred hogs should provide certificate of registry.
7. Each animal entered must be entered as an individual to compete for any single premium.
8. All swine must be accompanied by a health certificate signed by a vet stating no physical symptoms of disease.
9. Swine weigh-in will be on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at approximately 8:00 am. A representative of the family must be present.
10. **Class 5 swine only fill out division and class number. Once the animals are weighed the superintendents will arrange them into lot numbers accordingly.
