Entry Fee: $3.00 per head. Register entries online on fair entry, or mail a check and entry form (located at the beginning of the premium listings) before July 10th to guarantee stalling. Mail swine entries to the address listed above. There is no entry fee for FFA exhibitors. Entries accepted on a first come, first-serve basis until barns are full. Entries must be checked in at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No exhibitor shall be allowed more than two entries in any one class. Any exhibitor can enter an exhibit in 2 of the 3 shows, but must be the same exhibitor for the same animal. 4-H, FFA, and/or Open Class shall have the provided registration and make sure it's received for each entry for each show by the date entries are set to close for the show. This rule must be strictly adhered to in order to provide accurate placing recording at each show. Any entry not on the pre-printed entry listing cannot receive a premium.
Judging will be on Saturday, beginning at 8:30 AM with Lamb Lead market lambs, then Breeding Show. Fleece show will be Friday at 6:00 PM
All fans used must be OSHA-approved. A certificate or registry must be furnished to the Superintendent on demand.
All groups must be bred and owned by the exhibitor. Regardless of birth date, lambs must show a lamb mouth.
Barn chores are expected to be completed by 12:00 PM Wednesday through Sunday of the fair, and the cattle and barns will be ready for the public to visit.
