2025 CAMPING GUIDELINES:

CAMPSITES WILL BE ASSIGNED by the Wright County Fairboard camping committee. Campsites will only be assigned once a completed camping registration form and fee is received via the online registration form (NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED). Campers will be given an opportunity to note which preferred camp area they want - THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE. Wright County Fair camping committee will do their best to accommodate requests based on campsite availability. Former Wright County Fair campers will receive priority of preferred camp area. REGISTER EARLY to guarantee your campsite! Available campsites did sell out in 2024.

All camping registration forms and fees are due by July 1, 2025.

For Safety Reasons, we are assigning camping and trailer spaces to exhibitors and vendors staying overnight at the Wright County Fairgrounds. ANY OVERNIGHT STAY REQUIRES A CAMPER OR VEHICLE TO BE REGISTERED.

To reserve a campsite, you must be 18 years of age and represent an open class or 4-H animal exhibit or be a current fair vendor. Due to limited space, LIMIT OF ONE CAMPSITE RESERVATION PER EXHIBITOR or VENDOR. Any person under 18 requires adult supervision. Any disruptive conduct could result in removal from the Fairgrounds. Please review all fair rules and regulations here.

  • Campers must purchase a 5-day camping pass for $60.00.
  • A Single Night stay is available upon request for $15.00.
  • Camping registration does NOT include fair admission or extra vehicle parking passes. Extra vehicles MUST park in general parking.
  • Campsites are non-transferable
  • There are NO electrical/water hookup sites available.

* Generators are allowed, but must be quiet running ie: Inverter Type 70dba or less *

The Wright County Fair is NOT responsible for campers that stay overnight on the Fairgrounds. No Livestock Trailers, Tents, Campers, etc. shall be parked before permission is obtained from the Wright County Fairboard. Unauthorized parking will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED.

I also hereby release and forever discharge the Wright County Fair Board, Wright County Agricultural Society, Wright County, Sponsors, Agents, and Volunteers from any and all rights, claims, demands, for any injury or death sustained by me during the duration of my stay at the Wright County Fair.
